Who we are
About this policy
I'm Kiana, and I created Persian Studygram to share journaling and paper craft. This page explains what information may be collected when you use the site and how to ask about your personal data.
The sections below cover accounts, comments, cookies and external content. If you have a question about your information or want to request a copy or deletion, send a message through the contact page.
Read this privacy policy before submitting personal information. Site analytics consent lasts 90 days and is separate from consent to use AI; agreeing to one does not mean agreeing to the other.
Comments
When you leave a comment, we collect the form details, IP address and browser information to help detect spam. A hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check for a profile picture. Its policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After a comment is approved, the profile picture appears beside it publicly.
Media
Check location information before uploading a picture. If it contains EXIF GPS data, other visitors may be able to extract it. Remove that information before uploading.
Cookies
When commenting, you can save your name, email and website in a cookie for up to one year. Signing in also uses cookies: a temporary browser check, a login cookie usually lasting two days and display preferences lasting one year. Remember Me keeps the login for up to two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookie.
Embedded content
A video or other content embedded from another site may collect data or set cookies as if you visited that site directly. Read the source service's privacy policy too.
Data sharing
If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
Retention
Comments and related information may be kept indefinitely to make approval of later comments easier.
Your rights
If you have an account or have left a comment, you can request a copy or deletion of your personal data. Information we must retain for administrative, legal or security reasons is excluded from deletion requests.
Where data is processed
Comments may be sent to a service for spam detection.
