Your plan is built

BulletPlan uses your answers and planning rules to suggest daily tasks. Review the plan, then track your work in the app.

What’s inside your plan

The available features depend on the topic you choose. Here are a few examples.

Meal plan & grocery list

Topics with nutrition features include suggested weekly menus, portion sizes and a shopping list. Set dietary needs and budget in the form; discuss any clinical needs with a qualified professional.

Training sessions & progression

Suggested sessions take your level, equipment and available days into account. If you have pain, illness or clinical needs, discuss the exercises with a qualified professional.

Official resources per goal

Open Resources to see websites, books, courses and tools for your goal, with an explanation of why each is listed.

Review your week and adjust busy days

If the plan no longer fits your week, review a proposed change before applying it. Use rest days or a lighter plan for illness, travel and low-energy days.

Balance check & progress report

Review overlapping tasks, sleep time and progress on each goal. Use the overview to find parts of the plan that need adjusting.

Paper + app + calendar + export

Follow the plan in the app, print it or view timed tasks in your calendar. You can also keep a copy of your data as a JSON export.

What sets BulletPlan apart from a simple to-do list

A realistic daily load

Set your available time and sleep schedule so tasks can be suggested around them. Review demanding and lighter sessions, and adjust anything that does not fit your actual day.

When a day does not go to plan

Missing a day does not mean you have to abandon the plan. Mark a rest day for illness or travel, move unfinished tasks and choose a lighter version for busy days.

Paper and calendar

Print your plan in A4 or A5, or save a PDF. Use the calendar link to view timed tasks in Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook. Mark tasks as completed in the app.

Coach mode (Plus plan)

The Plus plan lets you make separate plans for clients and give them a private link. Consider the client's privacy and who should have access before sharing it.

Planning resources

BulletPlan resources and limitations

This section lists resources on planning, habits and progress tracking. Check the original source for each claim; a research finding cannot guarantee that a personal plan will succeed.

Results differ from person to person

BulletPlan is a planning tool. Your circumstances, health and how you use the plan affect the outcome. Seek qualified advice for medical, mental health or financial decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Does BulletPlan depend on AI?

The default mode uses your answers and planning rules without an AI service. Hybrid mode is optional and requires separate AI consent. Its limited suggestions are checked; if the service is unavailable, the rules-based plan is still provided.

Why at most 3 goals at once?

Three is a design limit in BulletPlan, not a scientifically proven number. It helps you see the tasks from several goals within the time you have. You do not have to use all three slots; one goal is enough to start.

How is the plan suggested?

BulletPlan combines your form answers with its knowledge-base rules to suggest a plan. You can review the resources on this page. The result is neither a medical assessment nor a guarantee; check that it fits your circumstances before using it.

What is a “token” and how is a program’s cost calculated?

A token is credit for generating a BulletPlan plan. The cost adds up the topic weights: 1 for a simple topic, 2 for a specialist topic and 3 for a demanding or long-term topic. Check the cost in the wizard before you continue.

How is my information used?

Your answers, plans and notes are processed on the site server and stored encrypted. This is not end-to-end encryption: the server decrypts data to build the plan. Only optional hybrid mode, with separate AI consent, sends selected answers without your name or contact details to an AI service for suggestions. Analytics consent is a separate choice.

How do printing and the calendar work?

Use Manage on a plan to print A4 or A5 pages or save a PDF. The calendar link is in the app settings and shows timed tasks. It is one-way; mark tasks as completed in the app.

How do I pay?

Payments use USDT on the network shown on the payment page. Check the amount and wallet address, then submit the transaction hash. Access starts after the administrator reviews and approves the payment. Card and rial payments are not currently available.

What if building the plan fails?

If generation ends with an error, check the plan and credit status in your account. You can retry from Manage. Contact support if the credit has not returned or the problem continues.

Does it replace a doctor, psychologist or financial adviser?

No. BulletPlan is a planning tool. Seek qualified advice for illness, pregnancy, people under 18 or other special circumstances. If you might harm yourself, contact emergency services or a qualified professional now.

Is it available in other languages?

The app and plans are available in Persian, English and Turkish. Choose the plan's language separately from the app's; you can use the Persian app with an English plan.
